Conflict happens in all human relationships. The big question is how we can make it constructive rather than destructive. Learning how we view conflict and what our default style for dealing with it are important first steps. In this session, we’ll be learning about both and how improving our skill can improve our effectiveness and outcomes.
SHELLEY LANIER

Shelley Lanier is a consultant and an International Coach Federation (ICF) professional certified coach (PCC). She has more than 20 years of experience as a coach and organizational development consultant with an extensive background in developing leaders and executives in government, private sector, and non-profit organizations. Ms. Lanier has worked with private sector corporations, Federal agencies of all, and non-profits. She has helped leaders at all organizational levels, first time supervisors to executives, increase their effectiveness, navigate organizational and personal change, better manage their teams, and integrate their personal learning to achieve professional and personal success. Ms. Lanier holds a BA in Psychology and an MA in Counseling, and a professional coaching certification from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching with a focus on leadership and transition coaching. She also served as adjunct faculty with Wayland Baptist University, credentialed in psychology, education, and management. Ms. Lanier is based in Albuquerque, NM.
