New Mexico-Israel Business Exchange, in conjunction with The Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation, The Israel Economic Mission, Ministry of Economy and The Albuquerque-Bernalillo County Trade Alliance, is hosting a program on February 20, 2014 about Israel’s dynamic technology driven economy and how the Israeli Government is investing in American companies that tap into their high-tech research and development capabilities.  This event will be a great opportunity for you to learn about opportunities to form partnerships with companies in Israel.  In particular, learn about the BIRD Foundation, which provides R&D grants and matchmaking services for Israeli and American companies. Speakers include Michal Miasnik, the BIRD Foundation U.S. West Coast Representative, Bracha Shlomo, Director of Trade and Investment of the Israel Economic Mission, and Gary Oppedahl, Director of the City of Albuquerque Economic Development Department.
